We’ve chosen to be available by appointment to ensure efficient and productive calls. In our experience, it’s often impossible to address your questions or claims instantly; we usually need to investigate (checking your plan, contacting the carrier, etc.) to provide clear and accurate solutions.

Your time is valuable, so we prefer to reach out once we have all the information needed to resolve your request. After that, of course, we’re happy to arrange a phone appointment to discuss everything in detail.
